The hotel's decoration was absolutely stunning, with a touch of elegance and charm. The French colonial style added a sense of sophistication to the entire place. The general areas were well-maintained and exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I was pleased to find that the hotel was easily accessible, with elevators and ramps in place for those with mobility issues. It made getting around the hotel hassle-free and ensured that I could enjoy my stay comfortably.
I would have appreciated if the children working there were a bit more attentive and knowledgeable about the local attractions and tour options. It would have been helpful if they had better recommendations and information to share with guests, especially for senior people like me who may need some assistance and guidance during their vacation.

The detail in the interior design and choice of decor was impeccable and reflects the personality of the hotel and history of Laos with a French influence. Staff were always there to offer assistance & to cater to your needs and always professional and polite.

A purpose built hotel constructed by a family with generations of hotel experience. The furnishings and decor are exquisite, the staff friendly and the food excellent. The owner, Mimi, is most helpful and like all Laostions a delightful person.
The in house tele communications, (not being able to access an outside line) - I am told they are working on that with the provider.

Upon arriving it's appearance just exudes. The staff are friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The hotel is beautiful, and impeccably furnished and decorated. The room is spacious, and offers everything to make you feel like you're in the comforts of your own home. The location is great, near the Mekhong River and the sights. Many great restaurants and shops. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. I would recommence it to anyone going to Vientiane. I am already looking forward to returning to Dhavara for my next trip to Vientiane.
It's not a fault, but I wish it had a swimming pool. That would complete the perfection of this beautiful Boutique Hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the Mekong River and the bustling night markets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering both local and western options. The hotel also provided complimentary internet and airport pick-up/drop-off services, which was a great convenience. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the level of comfort provided at this boutique hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and spacious.
Although the staff was very friendly and helpful, they could also be a bit more knowledgeable about the area to make recommendations on places to go and things to see. Also, the breakfast was quite good, although after three mornings, it became a bit tedious with the same menu each day. I would suggest some more variety on different days.

Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Food at the hotel was tasty. It's well located within the town centre, close to the main sight- seeing spots and close to alternative choices of cafes and restaurants. On our first night there, someone threw a party with very loud music and the hotel apologised to us for the disturbance and upgraded us to a suite free of additional charges. The suite and the superior rooms are very good. Nicely done up.

The hotel location was great, we could enjoy the beautiful sunset of the city every night. Breakfast was decent, a good variety of options to choose from and daily fruit plate in the room was a nice touch. The room was spacious and cozy with a fire escape balcony.
We had a terrible experience with the airport pickup. The hotel confirmed the details, but no one was there to pick us up.

The hotel is new and clean. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The quality of their cappuccino and latte at breakfast is remarkable.
Noise in the morning from construction works near by and also from the hotel lift's bell.

This hotel offers a fantastic location near the night market and several good restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well, stocked mini, fridges and great amenities such as in, room safes and bathrobes. Helpful staff add to the enjoyable stay, and the chef is accommodating to food allergies. Breakfast is delicious, and the homemade ice cream is a must, try.
Some minor upkeep issues detract from an otherwise fabulous stay.

We loved the convenient location near great restaurants, the night market, and close to the river. Our spacious, clean room boasted beautiful dark hardwood floors and excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a broad selection of Asian and Continental food, with the option to order eggs and pancakes. The staff was helpful, professional and friendly.
For us it was ideal.
